I just celebrated my 40th year in the financial and estate planning business. I have over 20,000 documented face-to-face interviews with folks just like you.

My entire business career  involved selling on straight commission. I never have worked for a salary. My sales were a result of prospecting, uncovering the need, fact finding, closing and continuing client service.

I am either very or somewhat proficient in a number of solutions that comprise elements of putting content up on the web. These include Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash, Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Adobe Captivate (demonstrations, interactive simulations, e-learning), Adobe After Effects (motion graphics – see the 55 second introductory video I made using After Effects), TechSmith’s Camtasia (screen capture video) and SnagIt (graphics), (Sony Vegas Pro (video editing software – here’s a video commercial I made for a local business), Sony Cinescore (music) and Sound Forge (audio recording). Plus 20 or so lesser tools used for various purposes.

I am a certified Web Video University video producer. I have also created a video podcast, which has passed the editorial review of iTunes.

Practice centered on estate planning for the business owner and retired person with focus on post-retirement asset preservation. Publisher, The Smart Giver.

President, Qualified Plan Services, Inc. Formed to design and fund pension, profit sharing, 401(k) and non-qualified deferred compensation plans for business owners and upper echelon executives.

4/83 – 4/88
District Manager, Massachusetts Mutual, Tucson, AZ. Personal activity focused on the corporate market, qualified plans and estate planning for the business owner.

11/69 – 3/83
Agent, Northwestern Mutual, Tucson, AZ. Developed clientele among attorneys and professionals. Made the Million Dollar Round Table the first year in the business, and was (tied) for the youngest person in the world that year to do so. Completed the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation two years ahead of the normal time frame.
